TANGS Singapore gift cards

TANGS is a Singapore retail institution, with over 85 years of history and two department stores at Tang Plaza on Orchard Road and VivoCity. The card is a practical choice for businesses that want to give recipients in Singapore a department store reward covering fashion, homeware, beauty brands like Chanel and Tom Ford, and local souvenirs.

Cards are issued in Singapore dollars, any amount from S$20 to S$500. There is no stated expiry. A recipient redeems by accepting the eGift Card online, then visiting the customer service counter at Level 4 of Tang Plaza or Level 1 of VivoCity before shopping. Staff convert the eGift Card into a physical TANGS Gift Card of the same value, which is then used as payment in store.

One rule matters for planning: this card must be redeemed in full in a single visit. If a recipient spends less than the card value, the balance is forfeited. Multiple redemptions are not allowed, and the card cannot be exchanged for cash. It also works only at the two physical stores, so it is not suitable for online shopping or for recipients who cannot visit either location.

The card is best for recipients who live in or regularly travel to Singapore and enjoy in-person shopping.
