GIFQ offers TripGift as country-specific cards in Argentina, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Bahrain, Brazil, Canada, Switzerland, Chile, Colombia, Czechia, Germany, Denmark, Estonia, Spain, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Japan, South Korea, Kuwait, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Latvia, the Netherlands, Norway, New Zealand, Oman, Peru, Poland, Portugal, Qatar, Romania, Saudi Arabia, Sweden, Slovenia, Slovakia, Taiwan, the UAE, the United Kingdom and the United States. There is also a multi-country EU card covering Austria, Belgium, Germany, Spain, Finland, France, Ireland, Italy and the Netherlands.

Each card is issued in the local currency and is only redeemable in its own market. A TripGift card bought for Germany does not work for a recipient in Australia, and a card issued in euros will not convert to Australian dollars. The market pages list the exact currency, minimum and maximum values, and expiry rules for each country. As a guide, the US card can be loaded with USD 20 to USD 5,000 and expires 60 months from first use.

To choose the right card, look at where the recipient will book travel. A remote employee in Brazil should receive the TripGift Brazil card in BRL, while a research participant in Qatar needs the QAR version. The country card does not restrict the destination; a recipient in Singapore could use a TripGift Singapore card to book a trip almost anywhere, but recipients must be able to create a TripGift account from the country where their card was issued.
