TrueMoney Wallet is a widely used e-wallet in Thailand, accepted across all mobile networks. This card adds credit to a recipient's TrueMoney Wallet, where it can be spent on everyday cashless payments: bill payments, online shopping, in-store QR purchases, and transfers to other TrueMoney users. For businesses paying people in Thailand, it fits recipients who already use the wallet or prefer mobile money over bank transfers.

Available face values are THB 100, 150, 300, 500, and 1,000. No custom amounts are offered, so you'll need to select one of these fixed denominations per recipient. The credit is denominated in Thai baht and can only be used in Thailand. There is no stated expiry date, but the funds should be treated as non-refundable once delivered.

To redeem, the recipient opens the TrueMoney Wallet app, selects Top Up, and enters their phone number. The credit is applied to that number. Note that transactions cannot be processed between 00:00 and 06:00 Thailand time, so recipients who top up during those hours will need to wait until morning.

The voucher cannot be exchanged for cash or credit, and it cannot be replaced or extended if lost, stolen, or expired. TrueMoney Wallet is not responsible for vouchers redeemed or misused by someone other than the intended recipient. It is a single-use, non-transferable credit once applied to a wallet.

Through GIFQ, you can send these top-ups in bulk from the dashboard or individually via API. Common uses include paying part-time earnings, rewarding employees or research participants, or sending customer incentives to people in Thailand. Because the value is attached to a phone number and requires the TrueMoney app, it works best when your recipients are already mobile-savvy and have access to the wallet.

This card is issued only for Thailand and is not interchangeable with any other market. If you need to send TrueMoney credit to users in other countries, you would need a separate product for that region.
