About Uber Rides & Eats USA

For businesses rewarding or paying people in the United States, this Uber Rides & Eats card works in the Uber and Uber Eats apps across the country. It is a single card for both services, letting recipients pay for rides or food delivery. It is valid only in the U.S. and is a separate product from the Australian market card.

The card is available in two fixed amounts: USD 5 and USD 10. These are set values with no option to choose a different total. The card funds do not expire, so recipients can use them whenever they like.

To redeem, the recipient opens the Uber or Uber Eats app, goes to the Account menu, taps Wallet, then Add Funds on the Uber Cash card, chooses Gift card, and enters the code. The balance is added to their account for future rides or orders.

Through GIFQ, you can send this card to individuals or teams in the U.S. as part of a payout or reward program. Use the dashboard to send cards in bulk or the API to issue them one at a time, all in USD.

This card is only for the U.S. and is not interchangeable with the Australian Uber Rides & Eats card. The two products have different currencies and redemption rules, so select the correct market for your recipients.

From product selection to delivery

For a direct order, your business chooses this product, its value and the quantity. Review the card details alongside the recipient’s needs before including it in a bulk order or an integration.

  1. Check the market and value

The card details show the values and currency for this product. Use those to choose an amount that fits your budget and the recipient’s market. For a different country, explore the brand’s other market listings.

  2. Prepare the recipient’s instructions

Use the brand’s instructions to prepare a clear handover to the recipient, including any account or redemption-channel requirements. Ask our team about expiry if it is not listed, then include that information with the reward.

  3. Choose direct ordering or recipient choice

If you need this particular card, order the selected product and value through the dashboard or API. If you want the person to choose the brand, confirm the options available for that payout before presenting the selection.

  4. Start with a small order

Test the flow with a small order and keep its reference. Check the status before repeating a request that appears delayed. In an integration, connect the GIFQ order to your own record so your team can follow up on delivery questions.
