About VIVARA Brazil
Vivara is Brazil's most recognized jewelry brand, known for gold and silver pieces, watches, and a strong presence in malls and high-street locations across the country. For a business sending rewards or payouts in Brazil, a Vivara gift card carries more weight than a generic retail card: it signals a premium, personal choice, even if the recipient ultimately picks something simple like a bracelet or watch.
The card is loaded with a value between R$50 and R$500, in fixed amounts of 50, 100, 200, 250, or 500 Brazilian reais. There is no stated expiry date in the terms, and the balance can be used across multiple purchases until it runs out. If a purchase exceeds the balance, the recipient can pay the difference with another payment method.
Recipients can use the card at any physical Vivara store, including Life stores and Tommy kiosks, or at vivara.com.br. In stores, it's presented at checkout like a payment method. Online, the code and password are entered at the payment step, with a limit of two gift cards per online purchase and five per in-store purchase. The balance cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash.
GIFQ lets you send Vivara gift cards in bulk from a dashboard or individually through an API. This works well for paying research participants, rewarding employees after a successful quarter, or thanking top customers with something that feels more considered than cash. Each card is delivered digitally, and the recipient receives the code and instructions to use it in Brazil.
This card is specific to Brazil and the Brazilian real. It is not usable in other countries, and if your recipients are in different markets, you will need to order cards for each market separately.
