Wasaline gift cards

A Wasaline gift card gives someone a crossing on the Aurora Botnia between Finland and Sweden, from a day trip to a longer stay. The card can be used to pay for travel, meals in the onboard restaurants, drinks at the bar, or shopping in the onboard store, which makes it a flexible reward for anyone who travels between the two countries or has family and friends across the Gulf of Bothnia.

GIFQ offers the Wasaline card in two markets: Finland, where it is issued in euros, and Sweden, where it is issued in Swedish kronor. Each card works only in its own market. A card bought for Finland cannot be used as payment in Sweden, and the other way around. If your recipients are split between the two countries, you will need to send the correct market card to each person.

To choose the right market for a recipient, look at where they are based or where they will use the card. If you are not sure, check with the person or use the currency of the country where they are most likely to travel from. The recipient will need to redeem the card according to the rules of that market, which are explained on the individual market pages.
