About Youku China
Youku is a leading online video platform in China, offering licensed, self-produced, co-produced content, live streaming, and more across PC, TV, and mobile. This card is for users in China and is denominated in Chinese Yuan (CNY). It is valid for use on mobile, tablet, and computer devices, providing access to Youku's premium content.
The card is available at a fixed face value of 30 CNY. The e-voucher is valid for a limited period, but no specific expiry date is provided. It is important to use the voucher before it expires, as expired vouchers cannot be refunded or exchanged. The voucher number must be kept safe; if lost or leaked, Youku is not responsible.
Recipients in China can redeem the voucher on their mobile, tablet, or computer. They will need to enter the voucher number during the redemption process. The voucher cannot be exchanged for cash or refunded after purchase, and Youku will not issue an invoice for purchases made with the voucher.
Businesses can send Youku gift cards to people in China as a reward, incentive, or payout. Through GIFQ, you can send these cards in bulk from the dashboard or one at a time via the API. This makes it easy to compensate employees, thank customers, or reward research participants with access to popular video content.
From product selection to delivery
For a direct order, your business chooses this product, its value and the quantity. Review the card details alongside the recipient’s needs before including it in a bulk order or an integration.
Check the market and value
The card details show the values and currency for this product. Use those to choose an amount that fits your budget and the recipient’s market. For a different country, explore the brand’s other market listings.
Prepare the recipient’s instructions
Use the brand’s instructions to prepare a clear handover to the recipient, including any account or redemption-channel requirements. Ask our team about expiry if it is not listed, then include that information with the reward.
Choose direct ordering or recipient choice
If you need this particular card, order the selected product and value through the dashboard or API. If you want the person to choose the brand, confirm the options available for that payout before presenting the selection.
Start with a small order
Test the flow with a small order and keep its reference. Check the status before repeating a request that appears delayed. In an integration, connect the GIFQ order to your own record so your team can follow up on delivery questions.
