About Zalando Luxembourg
Zalando is Europe's largest online fashion retailer, and the Luxembourg storefront, zalando.lu, offers clothing, shoes, accessories and sportswear from a wide range of brands. This card is for Luxembourg only, redeemable on zalando.lu and in the Zalando app. It is not interchangeable with the Zalando cards for Belgium or other countries, even though Belgium and Luxembourg sometimes share a market.
The card is denominated in euros, but unlike most Zalando cards, you cannot choose a custom amount. You can select a fixed value of 20 EUR or 50 EUR. The card has no stated expiry date, but it is subject to Zalando's terms for the Luxembourg market.
To redeem, the recipient enters the gift card code at checkout on www.zalando.lu or in the Zalando app, or saves it to their account for later use. Up to 200 EUR in gift cards can be redeemed per order, and the total value of gift cards used or added to an account per calendar month is limited to 5,000 EUR. Gift cards are valid for all fashion items except beauty products and electronics.
Businesses send the Zalando Luxembourg card through GIFQ in bulk from the dashboard or one at a time through the API. It is a practical choice for a small team or a customer base in Luxembourg, where the fixed values may suit a modest reward.
For recipients in Belgium, a separate card for Belgium and Luxembourg exists, but this Luxembourg-only card is not usable there. Choose the correct card based on where your recipients live.
From product selection to delivery
For a direct order, your business chooses this product, its value and the quantity. Review the card details alongside the recipient’s needs before including it in a bulk order or an integration.
Check the market and value
The card details show the values and currency for this product. Use those to choose an amount that fits your budget and the recipient’s market. For a different country, explore the brand’s other market listings.
Prepare the recipient’s instructions
Use the brand’s instructions to prepare a clear handover to the recipient, including any account or redemption-channel requirements. Ask our team about expiry if it is not listed, then include that information with the reward.
Choose direct ordering or recipient choice
If you need this particular card, order the selected product and value through the dashboard or API. If you want the person to choose the brand, confirm the options available for that payout before presenting the selection.
Start with a small order
Test the flow with a small order and keep its reference. Check the status before repeating a request that appears delayed. In an integration, connect the GIFQ order to your own record so your team can follow up on delivery questions.
