About Zalando United Kingdom
Zalando UK opens the online fashion platform to recipients in the United Kingdom, with a range of over 1,500 brands covering clothing, shoes, accessories and sportswear. The UK store offers high street labels, premium designers and independent brands, and includes a News and Style section with trend guides and outfit inspiration. This card is the UK edition, redeemable only on zalando.co.uk, and it is not interchangeable with the Zalando cards for Ireland or other European markets.
The card is denominated in UK pounds sterling (GBP). You can set any amount between 5 and 170 GBP, with no fixed denominations. The card expires 5 years from the purchase date, so recipients have a reasonable window to use it.
Recipients redeem the card by entering the gift card code at checkout on zalando.co.uk, following the instructions provided with the card. Zalando UK offers free delivery and free returns, which makes it convenient for clothing orders.
Through GIFQ you can send the Zalando UK card in bulk from the dashboard or one at a time through the API. It suits a UK-based team, customer base, or research participants, and avoids the complications of physical vouchers.
If your recipients are partly outside the UK, choose the corresponding Zalando card for that market. The UK card will not work on zalando.ie or any other country store.
From product selection to delivery
For a direct order, your business chooses this product, its value and the quantity. Review the card details alongside the recipient’s needs before including it in a bulk order or an integration.
Check the market and value
The card details show the values and currency for this product. Use those to choose an amount that fits your budget and the recipient’s market. For a different country, explore the brand’s other market listings.
Prepare the recipient’s instructions
Review the expiry information shown and the brand’s instructions. Check whether redemption requires an account or a particular channel. Deliver those instructions with the reward so the recipient knows how to use it.
Choose direct ordering or recipient choice
If you need this particular card, order the selected product and value through the dashboard or API. If you want the person to choose the brand, confirm the options available for that payout before presenting the selection.
Start with a small order
Test the flow with a small order and keep its reference. Check the status before repeating a request that appears delayed. In an integration, connect the GIFQ order to your own record so your team can follow up on delivery questions.
