Zalora gift cards by market
About Zalora
Zalora is one of Southeast Asia's best known online fashion retailers. A Zalora gift card gives the recipient their pick of clothing, shoes, bags and accessories from local and international brands, ordered online and delivered to their door. For a business it is a practical reward because it suits a wide range of people, from employees to research participants to customer loyalty members, in several countries where Zalora is a familiar name.
GIFQ offers Zalora cards in four markets: Hong Kong, Malaysia, Singapore and the Philippines. Each market runs as its own card with its own currency, amounts and redemption rules. A card bought for Malaysia cannot be spent in Singapore, and a Hong Kong card will not work in the Philippines. This matters when you send rewards to a mixed group, because each recipient needs the card for the country where they will shop.
The amounts differ by market. In Hong Kong you choose from HKD 50, HKD 100 or HKD 150. In the Philippines the fixed amounts are PHP 300, PHP 500 and PHP 1,000. Malaysia and Singapore allow any amount from MYR 10 to MYR 500 and SGD 10 to SGD 500 respectively. All four cards have no expiry date, so recipients are not rushed into spending. The exact rules, including how refunds are handled and where the card is accepted, are on each market page.
Choosing the right market is straightforward. If you are paying a contractor in Kuala Lumpur, send the Malaysia card. If you are rewarding a customer in Manila, send the Philippines card. If your team is spread across the region, you can send each person the card for their home country from the same GIFQ dashboard. This keeps payouts in local currency and avoids the confusion of a card that does not work at their checkout.
Businesses use Zalora through GIFQ in two common ways. One is bulk payouts: you upload a list of recipients and send hundreds or thousands of cards at once, each with the right market and amount. The other is the API, for sending a single card at a time when your own system triggers a reward, such as a task completion or a sales incentive. Both routes deliver the card by email with instructions for redeeming it on Zalora's website or app.
