Airbnb Mexico gift cards

The Airbnb Mexico gift card gives people in Mexico credit to use on airbnb.mx. It can cover a local stay, a trip within Mexico, or an Airbnb Experience such as a guided tour or cooking class. For a Mexican workforce or customer base, it is a reward that fits many interests, with a clear travel focus.

The card is issued in four fixed amounts: MXN 250, 400, 500 and 1,000. There is no open value. Unlike many European versions, this Mexico card does not list an expiry date in its terms, though the balance generally does not expire. There are no fees to buy or activate the card. It cannot be reloaded.

To redeem, the recipient registers or logs in at airbnb.mx/regalo and follows the on-screen instructions. The credit is applied automatically. They must have a valid additional payment method issued in Mexico to complete bookings. The card cannot be resold, transferred for value, refunded or exchanged for cash, except as required by law. An Airbnb account is required.

Airbnb cards for other markets, such as the USA, Canada or Brazil, are separate and not interchangeable with this one. Through GIFQ, you can send Mexico cards in bulk from the dashboard or one at a time via the API, which works well for paying out earnings to Mexican freelancers, rewarding a local team or thanking customers.
