B&Q gift cards

B&Q is a familiar name in home improvement, with a product range spanning tools, building materials, decorating supplies and garden essentials. For recipients, a B&Q card means freedom to choose something practical for their home, from a fresh tin of paint to new outdoor furniture. Businesses often use it to cover home office improvements, thank employees or recognise outstanding work in a way that feels substantial and useful.

GIFQ offers B&Q cards in two markets: the United Kingdom and Ireland. The UK card is loaded in pounds sterling and works at diy.com and in B&Q's UK stores. The Ireland card is loaded in euros and works at diy.ie and in B&Q's Irish stores. Each market is a separate card: a UK card cannot be spent in Ireland, and an Irish card cannot be spent in the UK.

Amounts and validity are set per market. In the UK the card can be loaded with any amount from 1 to 1000 GBP, or with a fixed value of 10, 25, 50 or 100 GBP, and the balance is valid for 5 years. In Ireland the card can be loaded with any amount from 1 to 1500 EUR and the balance is valid for 6 years. See the individual market pages for the full details.

Choosing the right market comes down to where the recipient is based or where they will shop. If they live in England, Scotland, Wales or Northern Ireland, the UK card is the appropriate choice. If they live in the Republic of Ireland, the Ireland card is the one to send. Recipients can only redeem a card in the country it was issued for.
