About B&Q Ireland
B&Q Ireland gives businesses a straightforward way to fund home and garden improvements for people in Ireland. The card covers the retailer’s range of DIY, decorating, and gardening products, and it works both online at diy.ie and in B&Q’s Irish stores. For a recipient planning a renovation or just picking up supplies, it is a practical choice.
You can set any amount from 1 to 1500 EUR, so the card fits anything from a small thank-you to a substantial bonus. The balance is held in euros and remains valid for 6 years, which gives recipients time to use it when they need it.
Recipients redeem the card as a payment method during checkout on diy.ie or at a store in Ireland. The card is tied to the Irish market, so it cannot be used on the UK site or in UK stores, where B&Q operates under a separate pound sterling card.
Through GIFQ, you can send B&Q Ireland cards to employees, customers, or research participants in Ireland. The bulk option suits team rewards or customer appreciation, while the API lets you issue individual cards for payouts or incentives.
From product selection to delivery
For a direct order, your business chooses this product, its value and the quantity. Review the card details alongside the recipient’s needs before including it in a bulk order or an integration.
Check the market and value
The card details show the values and currency for this product. Use those to choose an amount that fits your budget and the recipient’s market. For a different country, explore the brand’s other market listings.
Prepare the recipient’s instructions
Review the expiry information shown and the brand’s instructions. Check whether redemption requires an account or a particular channel. Deliver those instructions with the reward so the recipient knows how to use it.
Choose direct ordering or recipient choice
If you need this particular card, order the selected product and value through the dashboard or API. If you want the person to choose the brand, confirm the options available for that payout before presenting the selection.
Start with a small order
Test the flow with a small order and keep its reference. Check the status before repeating a request that appears delayed. In an integration, connect the GIFQ order to your own record so your team can follow up on delivery questions.
