The learner chooses the course, so the value goes where it is most useful.
The card is issued in EUR, and any amount from EUR 20 to EUR 5,000 can be loaded. The flexible band supports both small tokens and substantial learning budgets. This Portugal card is separate from the EU card and from siblings like Spain, France or Germany, and cannot be used across those borders.
Redemption is online only through the eLearnGift redemption site at https://www.tripgift.com/productsearch.aspx?aff=elearngift. The recipient registers, selects a course, enters the required details, and applies the eGift code at checkout. Up to two eGift card codes may be used in one transaction. If the basket exceeds the card value, the difference can be paid with Visa, MasterCard or American Express.
The card has a 12-month expiry from issuance, in line with the standard eLearnGift terms for Portugal. That works for most incentive programmes where redemption happens within a few months. The card cannot be exchanged or refunded after it is issued.
Through GIFQ, you can send eLearnGift Portugal in bulk from the dashboard for team rewards or customer programmes, or one at a time through the API when a payout event triggers in your system.
