FACES is a beauty retailer known across the Gulf for fragrance, makeup, and skincare. It carries a curated mix of international and regional brands, and its staff are known for helping customers find the right product. For a recipient who enjoys beauty, a FACES card means choosing something personal, whether that is a new perfume, a skincare restock, or a color cosmetic they have wanted to try.

GIFQ offers FACES cards in two markets: Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates. Each market is its own card, so a Saudi Arabia card is funded in Saudi riyal and a UAE card in UAE dirham. You choose the market that matches where your recipient is based, because a card for one country cannot be used in the other. This lets you pay a freelancer in Riyadh with the Saudi card and a participant in Dubai with the UAE card while managing both from one dashboard.

Both cards accept any amount within their range: SAR 50 to SAR 5,000 in Saudi Arabia, and AED 50 to AED 5,000 in the UAE. Expiry is 12 months from issue in both markets. The key difference is redemption. In Saudi Arabia, the card works at FACES stores and online. In the UAE, the card currently works only at three physical stores: Dubai Hills Mall, Mall of the Emirates in Dubai, and YAS Mall in Abu Dhabi. If your UAE recipients are not near those malls, the card may be less useful.

A FACES card suits incentives and rewards where choice matters. Employees who reach a target, customers who refer a friend, or research participants who complete a study can all use the card for something they actually want. It is a better fit than cash when you want the reward to feel like a treat, and better than a single-brand voucher because FACES carries a wide selection. The exception is the UAE: recipients outside Dubai and Abu Dhabi may find the card hard to redeem, so check location before sending.

Through GIFQ you can send FACES cards in bulk from the dashboard for a team bonus or a customer campaign, or issue them one at a time through the API. The API is useful for paying research incentives or rewards that need to arrive automatically after a specific action, such as a completed task or a submitted form. In either case, you set the amount per recipient in the local currency, and the card is delivered digitally.
