The card is available in fixed denominations of 250 TRY and 500 TRY. There is no expiry mentioned in the terms, and the balance can be split across multiple orders. It is not valid on GetirSu, GetirYemek, GetirÇarşı, or GetirBitaksi, only on the core Getir grocery service and GetirBüyük.

Recipients redeem the code online at Getir.com or in the mobile app. At checkout they enter it in the campaign code field. Each order can use only one gift card, and if the order total exceeds the card balance, the recipient pays the difference with another payment method.

Businesses send Getir Turkey cards through GIFQ in bulk from the dashboard or one at a time via API.
