GIFQ offers GrabExpress in two markets, each with its own card and currency. Indonesia uses IDR with fixed amounts of 10,000, 25,000, 50,000, and 100,000. Singapore uses SGD with fixed amounts of 5, 10, 15, and 20. A card bought for one market cannot be used in the other, and the amounts and expiry follow the market you choose.

Because each card is tied to its country's Grab platform, you need to select the market that matches where the recipient will book their delivery. For a team in Jakarta, send the Indonesia card in IDR. For a contractor in Singapore, send the Singapore card in SGD. The market pages list the exact denominations and redemption steps for each.

This is a useful payout for gig workers, field staff, or research participants who incur delivery costs in either country. It also works as a customer incentive for ecommerce returns or document pickups. The card is limited to GrabExpress bookings and cannot be used for rides, food, or other Grab services, so it suits situations where a parcel delivery is the actual need.

Through GIFQ, you can send GrabExpress cards in bulk from the dashboard when you have a list of recipients, or one at a time through the API when the card is triggered by an event like a completed task. You manage both markets from the same GIFQ account, while each recipient gets a card in their local currency and platform.
