About GrabMart Singapore
This card is for GrabMart Singapore, the grocery and essentials delivery service inside the Grab app. It applies only to Mart orders in Singapore, so GrabFood is not included. The card is not interchangeable with the GrabMart cards for Malaysia or the Philippines.
The card is denominated in Singapore dollars with two fixed values: SGD 10 and SGD 20. A business must choose one of these amounts for each recipient; there is no open value option.
A recipient needs the Grab app installed and logged in. On a mobile device, they click the activation URL, tap Add to Grab App, confirm their account, and the voucher appears under My Rewards. On a PC, they scan a QR code with their phone and follow the same flow. Each card is valid for a single Mart order, must be used within the stipulated period, and cannot be applied to the Small Order Fee or Platform Fee. It cannot be stacked or combined with other discounts or promotions.
