Mercatò is a well-known Italian grocery chain operating supermarkets and hypermarkets across the country, particularly strong in Piedmont and neighbouring regions. Its Regalò gift card works at Mercatò Superstore, Mercatò Local and Mercatò Big, covering a broad spread of store formats from large out-of-town hypermarkets to smaller local shops. The card is issued in euros with four fixed denominations: €10, €25, €50 and €100. It is valid for 18 months from activation, after which any remaining balance can no longer be used. Redeeming the card is straightforward in store. The recipient shows the barcode on a smartphone at the checkout, or prints the PDF and presents it to the cashier.
