This is the France version of the Nintendo Switch gift code, redeemed in the Nintendo eShop on a Nintendo Switch console. Codes are issued in EUR in two fixed amounts: 7.99 EUR and 19.99 EUR. There is no open amount option. This card is for France. Separate cards exist for Italy, the Netherlands and Spain, and the codes are not interchangeable between those markets.
