Inspire is a UK-based travel agency and tour operator with ABTA and ATOL licensing, giving it access to over 250 travel providers worldwide. The card is issued in US dollars with any amount from $1 to $3,000. When your recipient is ready to book, they enter the 19-digit card number and 4-digit PIN at checkout, and the card's value is subtracted from the total. The balance can be used for anything Inspire sells, and there is no expiry date shown for the card, so the value remains available until it is spent. If a trip is cancelled for personal reasons, Inspire states it will work to limit cancellation costs and will not charge an admin fee, though any new travel arrangements may depend on the total cost.

For a business buying travel rewards for US recipients, this card stands out because it combines flexibility with a human touch. A recipient is not locked into one airline or hotel brand; they can choose from a wide range of travel options. The trade-off is that they must book through Inspire rather than directly with the provider they select.
