About TreatWell Switzerland
The TreatWell Switzerland card turns a common business-to-person payment into access to the hair, beauty and wellness services TreatWell is known for. It is a digital card in Swiss francs, issued for use only in Switzerland, and it works when a recipient checks out on www.treatwell.ch or in the TreatWell app.
You can set any value between CHF 5 and CHF 250 per card, which covers anything from a small gesture to a more substantial reward. A card bought for a Swiss recipient is not meant for Austria, Germany, France or any of the other European markets where TreatWell issues separate cards.
After purchase, the card stays valid for 2 years. If there is still a balance on it at the end of that period, the balance is lost, but until that date it can be used across multiple bookings. The recipient needs to be logged into a TreatWell account with an internet connection to apply the card during payment.
GIFQ lets you distribute these cards without handling physical vouchers. You can order a batch through the dashboard when several people need to be rewarded at once, or have your system request a single code by API when a payout is triggered.

What is the expiry on this card?
The TreatWell Switzerland card is valid for 2 years from the date of purchase. Any balance left after that date is cancelled automatically. Before the expiry date, the remaining balance can be used for future bookings.
Can the recipient use this card in any salon in Switzerland?
The card is applied at checkout on www.treatwell.ch or in the Treatwell app. It can be used for any treatment bookable through the platform in Switzerland, subject to availability and TreatWell terms. It cannot be used outside Switzerland or directly in a salon.
Can this card be used for online bookings only?
Yes. Redemption requires that the recipient has a Treatwell account and internet access. They select a venue, treatment and time slot on TreatWell Switzerland, then apply the gift card as payment during checkout. The card cannot be presented at the salon for payment.
What if the treatment costs less than the card value?
The remaining balance stays on the card and can be used for future bookings until the card expires 2 years after purchase. There is no need to use the full amount in one transaction.
Is this card valid in other European countries?
No. This card is valid only in Switzerland. TreatWell issues separate cards for Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Lithuania, the Netherlands, Portugal, Spain and the United Kingdom, and those cards cannot be used in Switzerland.
Can we send this card in bulk through GIFQ?
