About TreatWell Spain
For a business sending rewards to people in Spain, the TreatWell Spain card is a way to give access to hair, beauty and wellness bookings through an app that is widely used across the country. The card is digital, issued in euros, and valid only for reservations made on www.treatwell.es or in the Treatwell app.
The value can be set anywhere from EUR 5 to EUR 250 per card. That flexibility means the same brand can be used for a token thank-you to a customer or a meaningful reward for an employee. There are no fixed denominations, so the amount can match any budget or individual request.
Once issued, the card remains usable for 12 months from the purchase date. If the recipient has not spent the full balance by then, the remaining amount is lost, but before that date it does not have to be used in one go. They simply need to have a Treatwell account and be online to apply the code at checkout.
This card is not a substitute for TreatWell cards in other countries. Cards issued for Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Lithuania, the Netherlands, Portugal, Switzerland or the United Kingdom work only in those places, and this Spain card cannot be redeemed outside Spain.
When you send it through GIFQ, you can do it as a batch from the dashboard when you have a list of recipients, such as a sales team bonus or a participant incentive programme. Alternatively, if you run a platform where earnings are paid out to providers in Spain, you can trigger a card by API whenever a payout is due.

What is the expiry on this card?
The TreatWell Spain card is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Any balance left after that date is cancelled automatically. Before the expiry date, the remaining balance can be used for future bookings.
Can the recipient use this card in any salon in Spain?
The card is applied at checkout on www.treatwell.es or in the Treatwell app. It can be used for any treatment bookable through the platform in Spain, subject to availability and TreatWell terms. It cannot be used outside Spain or directly in a salon.
Can this card be used for online bookings only?
Yes. Redemption requires that the recipient has a Treatwell account and internet access. They select a venue, treatment and time slot on TreatWell Spain, then apply the gift card as payment during checkout. The card cannot be presented at the salon for payment.
What if the treatment costs less than the card value?
The remaining balance stays on the card and can be used for future bookings until the card expires 12 months after purchase. There is no need to use the full amount in one transaction.
Is this card valid in other European countries?
No. This card is valid only in Spain. TreatWell issues separate cards for Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Lithuania, the Netherlands, Portugal, Switzerland and the United Kingdom, and those cards cannot be used in Spain.
Can we send this card in bulk through GIFQ?
Yes. GIFQ supports bulk distribution of TreatWell Spain cards from the dashboard. You can send the same card value to many people or upload a list with individual values. The cards are delivered digitally, so there is no physical handling or postage.
