About Uber Eats Australia

The Uber Eats Australia gift card adds value to an Uber Eats account. Recipients order from local restaurant menus in the app and have food delivered, with payment taken automatically from the card balance. It is redeemable via the Uber or Uber Eats app within Australia in cities where Uber or Uber Eats is available.

Face values run from AUD 5 to AUD 500, and any amount inside that range can be issued, so you can match the value to a reward, a research incentive or a customer gesture without rounding to a set denomination.

The card expires 36 months from the date of activation, and unused funds are not refunded or credited after that. It is non-reloadable, no change is given, and it cannot be redeemed for cash, refunded or replaced except as required by law, including the Australian Consumer Law. This card is for Australia only and is not interchangeable with the Uber Eats cards for Canada, Costa Rica, the Dominican Republic, Ecuador, El Salvador, France, Mexico, New Zealand, South Africa, the United Kingdom or the USA.

Businesses can send this card from the GIFQ dashboard in bulk or issue single codes through the API.
