Unes is a supermarket chain in northern Italy, known for its neighbourhood stores and the larger U2 Supermercato format. For a business sending value to people in Italy, a grocery card is one of the most practical options: everyone needs food, and an Unes card converts directly into a weekly shop rather than an optional treat. It is especially suitable for research incentives, one-off payouts to independent contractors, and employee rewards where the recipient lives near an Unes or U2 store.

The card is available in fixed denominations of €10, €25, €50, €100, €150, €200 or €250. It is valid for 12 months from purchase. The card can be used for multiple purchases until the balance is exhausted, and multiple cards can be combined in a single transaction, so a recipient can pool several smaller cards for a larger shop.

Recipients redeem the card in person at participating Unes and U2 Supermercato stores in Italy.
