The card carries a value between AED 50 and AED 500, set by you when you order, and the balance is spent in a single purchase at any listed Union Coop branch in Dubai. It is not accepted on Union Coop's online store, and it cannot be used at branches outside Dubai or on Khalifa Foundation items and zero margin products like du or Etisalat cards. The balance expires 12 months after issuance.

A recipient presents the eGift card at a Dubai Union Coop checkout and uses it once for the full value, so it works best when the amount roughly matches a typical shopping basket. It cannot be split across visits or combined with other payment methods for an incomplete redemption. The card is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
